Are all items on your website authentic?
Yes all items listed on our website are guaranteed to be authentic. Each item is individually checked thoroughly to guarantee its legitimacy before being sent out to the buyer.
Are all items on your website brand new?
Yes all items listed on our website are completely brand new and unused. We also have a discount section. All discounted pairs are also brand new but have a damaged box. This will be outlined in the product description for each individual pair in the discounted section.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently we only offer domestic shipping within Australia via Australia Post. We will be introducing international shipping in the very near future. Keep and eye out for updates.
What payment methods do you accept?
For payments we accept PayPal. This included PayPal guest which allows you to pay via credit or debit card without needing a PayPal account. We also offer buy now pay later options including Zip and Humm.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently we only operate online and do not have a physical store.
What can I do if my size is unavailable?
If your specific size for a particular shoe or piece of clothing is unavailable, please fill out the contact form on the product page or contact us at email@example.com and we will help you find exactly what you need.
